Comfort & Cleanliness: -A newly built clean, well spaced, comfortable finishings and fully secured 2 bedroom modern apartment (King size- 2.03mx 1.93m and Queen Size beds- 2.03m x 1.52m with separate bathroom and toilet facilities). -Garbage collection services (by the council) twice a week. Amenities & Services: Access to modern amenities like built-in kitchens with cooktop and range-hood (inclusive of microwave, rice cooker, electric jug, toaster, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery etc) built in wardrobes, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and self-laundry services.

Proximity: Located in Town area -5 minutes drive from Nausori Town, Nausori Plaza Mall, Nausori Health Centre and other essential services. -10 minutes drive from Nausori International Airport. - 2 minutes drive to supermarkets, restaurants and bakery.
