Avant de nous installer en France, nous étions aubergistes depuis plusieurs années et possédions un pub très fréquenté avec des chambres dans les Yorkshire Dales.

Property info

We are set in the centre of Collinee part of Cotes D'Armor, a village of approx 1000 people. We are directly opposite the current Boulangerie. Built in the 18th Century, it was still in operation as the village Boulangerie up to late 20th century. The original oven is still located in the kitchen and makes a great feature. We have 3 letting rooms which are all en-suite and the 2 large rooms also have a bath. We provide breakfast for our guests at no extra cost and we are happy to cook you English breakfast with prior notice. Sue and I are English. Sue speaks good French and we both have good knowledge of the area.

Notre village a toutes les commodités dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, y compris 2 banques, 2 bars, pharmacie et supermarché. De l'autre côté de la route se trouve une superbe boulangerie. La ville fortifiée historique de Moncontour se trouve à 10 km. La jolie ville marchande de Lamballe est à 30 minutes, tout comme Jugon Les Lacs et les superbes plages de Val André à moins de 40 minutes en voiture. La capitale de la Bretagne, Rennes, et l’attraction touristique majeure du Mont Saint Michel, se trouvent à une heure de Collinee. Collinée est un endroit idéal pour explorer toute la Bretagne grâce à son emplacement central.
