Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in the town of Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 19 m² living area, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 19 m² living area with a sofa bed and smart TV, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and ice maker... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A shared, unheated swimming pool measuring 6m by 10m, open all year round and secured with a fence and an access card (Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions.) - A 6 m² west-facing balcony with a awning, furniture and a barbecue to make the most of sunny days Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - CCTV cameras are installed in the communal areas of the residence, particularly in the walkways and on the pool terrace. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
