The apartment is in a perfect position in the heart of the village within 200m of the ski lifts. It offers high quality spacious accommodation which was totally refurbished in 2024. The apartment now occupies the top two floor of the building, with the living area on the top floor to make the most of the views. There are three bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, two with two singles, there is also a childs pull out futon bed. There is a large bathroom and another shower room. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a double oven and dishwasher. The main room as a large dining table and sitting area with TV. There is also Next door is a bakery and gourmet food and wine shop. There is a variety of restaurants and bars within 100 metres. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. There is a store for bikes in the garden.

The owners are Liz and Giles Clifford, we both have a love of skiing and the mountains. After years spent looking for the perfect place to buy in France to appreciate the outdoor life in both winter and summer we settled on Serre Chevalier.

Serre Chevalier is a Skiers and Snowboarders paradise. We also have sunshine 300 days of the year. 250 km of piste and endless off piste opportunities through the trees. 81 pisted slopes and 61 ski lifts. 33% of the pisted area has snow making machinery.
