We are offering this charming 75 m² flat for rent in the town of Les Angles, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 28 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the mountains and the lake. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: Living area: - A 28 m² living room with a TV, sofa bed, armchairs and a dining area. - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine… Bedroom area: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×200). - Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180×200). - A bathroom with a bath. - Separate toilet. Outdoors: - A south-facing terrace of approximately 20 m², furnished for enjoying sunny days. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, iron. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - A cot and high chair are available on request. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the concierge service’s availability.
