The Alpen Lounge is a typical alpine wooden self-catering chalet nested in the mountain village of Servoz with stunning views on the French Alps and Mont-Blanc. Furnished with style and personality, the chalet exhibits charm and caracter while remaining very family friendly. Should you fancy a trip to Chamonix, the centre of town is a mere 15min drive, and the closest ski fields of Les Houches only 7km away. Totally independent and removed from the road, the chalet has its own private garden and covered car-park and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

I am a business analyst living in Zurich who grew up in the Chamonix valley until the age of 20. Ex semi-professional rugby player and ex-coach of the Zurich rugby team, I lived in Edinburgh and Auckland to pursue my passion for the sport. I love the outdoors and try to share this passion with my son when we're together. I bought the Alpen Lounge in 2010 so that we could come visit my family more often. The chalet is our home, not a typical rental property, and we take tremendous pleasure to make it available to our guests.

The neighborhood is so quiet you can hear the cows munching. Our neighbors are extremely helpful and friendly. One particularity of the surroundings is the hiking track that starts just behind the chalet, which is the start of many great walks or mountain bike tours.
