Located in the charming village of Duingt with direct views on Annecy Lake and surrounding mountains (Haute-Savoie, France), my "Modern Loft" and "Stylish Upper Loft" are fully-equipped and modern 50 to 55 square meters one-bedroom apartments for up to 4 people. The residence has private access to the lake for swimming.
I rent this apartment to give the opportunity to discover my beautiful hometown of Annecy, in the French Alps.
There are lots of activities to experiment: water sports on the lake, hiking in the surrounding mountains, paragliding or hot air balloon, cycling around the lake, golf, or simply walking and window shopping in the charming Old Town... etc. You will also be close to ski resorts during the winter season.
