Ideal for 4 people, the apartment welcomes you with an entrance leading to a bright living area featuring: - A living space with a sofa and TV, opening onto a balcony perfect for outdoor meals. - A dining area with a table for 4, a fully equipped kitchenette (induction cooktop, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer, and washing machine) - A bathroom with shower and sink cabinet - A separate toilet Upstairs, a mezzanine with two bunk beds and an independent bedroom with a 140 cm double bed offer comfort and privacy.
