The apartment (30m2) consists of a living room with open kitchen, a master bedroom, with shower room (semi open to the bedroom) and separate WC. A ski locker is at your disposal in the basement of the chalet, with outdoor furniture (table, chairs, deck chairs), to be stored as soon as it is not used to respect the rules of the condominium. A stone barbecue is available in the garden of the condominium. Free private car park.

Charming apartment located close to the city center and Gaillands (10min walk), on the ground floor of the chalet. Facing south, facing the Aiguilles de Chamonix and Mont Blanc. Exceptional location, in a quiet and sunny green setting. Quiet area, you will find 100m from the property, the Pècles fountain, providing free fresh mineral water whenever you want. By car, in winter, a path difficult to pass through except for a 4x4 car or snow tires, but there is the possibility of parking in the street before going up (90m on foot). The apartment is a few minutes walk (3min) from the "Les Moussoux" bus stop (line 1) and the train which connects all the ski areas.
