Welcome to your future holiday apartment! Tastefully and completely renovated, this 78 m² apartment offers an exceptional living environment right in the heart of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Located on the 3rd floor, the apartment offers a panoramic and breathtaking view of the harbor and its boats. Thanks to its ideal location, you can walk to all your activities: the beach, the market, the shops, the casino, and the best restaurants are all just a few minutes away. The apartment is a walk-through layout with a main bedroom featuring a double bed and a single bed, and a second bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a pantry with a washing machine and a dishwasher. Free WiFi is provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels are supplied for a truly relaxing stay. The apartment has a capacity of 5 people. The apartment must be left clean and the bins emptied.
