Ideally located 5 min from the thermal baths (300m), 5-10 min from the town center and 15 min from the port of Thonon (900m). The residence (secured by badge) is located in a quiet area and the apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator. Cosy 39 m2 apartment just decorated in May 2023. It comprises a bedroom with a double bed and high-quality bedding, a living room with a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed for 2 extra beds, a TV and Wifi (fiber). The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and microwave. A bathroom with bath, toilet, ample storage space and washing machine. Sheets and towels will be provided on arrival. A closed garage with 230V socket is at your disposal (Electricity extra charge for electric vehicle). Pets welcome. Attractive price for 3 weeks' treatment.
