The location is in the heart of Evian. There are shops all around. Everything needed is there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I’ve stayed here more than once. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Will be coming here again next time for sure.

One can note that the hotel is there for a long time and is a little outdated, but the upgraded room, nice welcome, friendly staff and beautiful restaurant with an excellent and simple menu was great. You can just cross a street to be on a crispy clean water stone beach of Lac Léman.

The location is great just in the downtown area, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and multilingual. The room was clean and most importantly there is a bidet in the bathroom which is normally not existing in the hotels of France.

It is such a special hotel, full of character and charm. Location is great. The garden/ pool area is so cute. The chef de service is always very good, the food is delicious and there is a huge selection at breakfast.

Character and charm which is hard to compare with newer hotels, the aged look of the grounds is like a storybook. A treasured experience to consider when booking in Evian. Quiet location, very relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The host is an incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming lady who made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The location is simply perfect — only about one minute walk from the train station and very close to the bus stops, making it extremely convenient for getting around. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing view from the second floor. From our room, we could see the whole lake, which was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the early morning.. It was peaceful, relaxing, and very memorable. Everything was just perfect: the atmosphere, the comfort, and the attention to detail. It was such a great experience that we would definitely love to come back again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in front of the beautiful Lake Geneva. It is a perfect place to enjoy the scenery, unwind, and feel at home.

Nice family operated 37 rooms hotel and fine dining restaurant adjacent to the lake. Five star room and location for the price of three star. Great place to do nothing just stay at the hotel relax all day by the lake, fine dining, swimming pool and full bar.
