Discover this walk-through 3-room flat in a secure residence with a large private garden. It is located on the 3rd floor of a four-storey building and has a lift. The flat has 1 bedroom and a second bedroom opening onto the living room (no door), as well as a fitted kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Enjoy more space thanks to an enclosed loggia and a large balcony. For your vehicle, a parking space is available inside the residence. In terms of transport, there are six bus routes and tramway line A (Iris) just a short walk from the residence (230 m). The A630 and A10 motorways and the N230 and N89 trunk roads are less than 3 km away. There are lots of restaurants and a hypermarket nearby.
