The cottage is located in a small hamlet, where you'll enjoy a superb panoramic view of the surrounding countryside and the Pontivy plain: a perfect place to recharge your batteries! The Ar Gwelva cottage, which means Belvedere, is a traditional house. It offers on the ground floor: - a kitchen - a living room with a lounge, sitting area, and veranda - a bedroom (1 double bed) opening onto the veranda - a bathroom - a separate toilet Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds) - a shower room with toilet In the basement: a laundry room and a garage (for 2 cars). Outside: you'll enjoy an enclosed garden, a small terrace, and a sheltered dining area. In addition to the garage, you'll have two parking spaces on the driveway leading to the cottage. This cottage is reserved for leisure guests.
