The terrace which gives on the pedestrian platform is very quiet, it will be ideal for having breakfast in the morning or enjoying a good meal in the evening. There are also deckchairs to sunbathe in the sun, a water point and an electric plancha. The rooms on the rear part of the apartment are spacious. The adjoining room in the bathroom has a Queen Size (160) bed with large storage dressing room. The second room also has a large dressing room and a double bed (140). The bathroom with simple basin, and walk -in shower is completely renovated. The accommodation is very pleasant in summer as in winter. Its location is ideal for enjoying the calm while being close to the city center.

The Ariot 1984 is located 20 minutes by car from Lazaret beach and 20 minutes by car from La Corniche beach. (see photo aerial view) The city center is accessible on foot in less than 5 minutes, with numerous shops nearby: market of the Halles de Sète, Monoprix, flea market on Sunday. Two restaurants rewarded with a Michelin star are less than 15 minutes by car: The Marcel and the Coquerie.
