A cozy apartment, with a few works of art. That's what Art_Booking offers you : a trip to Annecy Lake. In a single-storey house of about 60 m² offering 2 bedrooms and a beautiful living space incorporating a modern kitchen overlooking a garden. Housing Art_Booking is an independent ground floor apartment with an entrance, two bedrooms of 12 m² and a living space of 30 m² incorporating a kitchen with all modern facilities. Access to the garden and its terrace is direct from the living room. A parking space is dedicated to housing and access is directly from the roadside lake. The bathroom has a bath and shower, a large basin and a toilet. The whole is functional and decorated by my artworks and some cult objects.
Discreet, respectful of the quality of your stay, I live on the upper part of the house. I make myself available on your arrival & try to bring you infos during your stay , advise you in your activities (ballads, canyoning, paragliding etc ...). I am a digital artist and graphic designer. Passionate about creation in all its forms, I create for several years works (based on photos, torn papers, collages ...). I am like a picture DJ! In my apartment you will see works of art that I created. I like traveling to foreign countries and meeting people, for open-mindedness. If you come home it will be a pleasure to welcome you and meet you.
The beach, the tavern 'la petite fringale', the sailing school & the restaurant 'Les Parasols' are two minutes by walk. The bike path, mountains and nature are nearby as the shops of the surrounding villages.
