Looking for a spacious and peaceful space? Discover this unique house just 20 minutes from the heart of Paris (Tram, Metro, Bus). You can easily park on the street or in a private parking close by (paid parking). This former artist's workshop has been completely renovated with care. The house is divided into two distinct parts, separated by a central courtyard, a rare haven of peace in Paris. Enjoy the tranquility and relax on the sun loungers after a long day of exploration.
Frequent traveler, I've also lived abroad in many countries, embracing diverse cultures. As host, I am looking to provide a welcoming and home-like atmosphere for authentic experiences.
Located between the Chinatown and the François Mitterrand Library, our neighborhood in the 13th arrondissement of Paris offers a variety of local shops, numerous restaurants, and easy access to transportation. Line 14 takes you to the heart of Paris in 20 minutes. An ideal place for tourists looking for an authentic experience in Paris.
