Located on the first floor of a new house, the spacious and practical living space opens onto a courtyard with, which is rare here, a secure parking space for your car (< 4.8 m long) or your bike. The studio is located in Bas Montreuil, only 2 km from Paris on foot from the Porte de Montreuil, in a lively, cosmopolitan neighborhood, within walking distance of shops, places to live and the market that is held 3 times a week. The Parc des Guilands, a 3-minute walk away, is very pleasant for enjoying outdoor activities and the panoramic view of Paris. Less than 5 minutes' walk from Robespierre or Croix de Chavaux station, line 9 gives you access to all the metro connections: 3 stations away, the connection at Nation allows you to take either the RER A to go to Marne la Vallée-Disneyland Paris, Auber or La Défense, or to take the metro on the central line n°1, or the aerial lines n°6 to go to the south of Paris or n°2 to the north of Paris. Line 9 crosses Paris from East to West and serves the République station, the department stores on Boulevard Haussmann near the Opera, the Champs Elysées, Trocadero and the 16th arrondissement. By car, the access is very easy by the ring road Porte de Montreuil or Bagnolet. There is no lack of bicycle paths to access Paris.
