Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge or bring their own.

The charges for bed linen and towels are as follows:

Bed linen: EUR 9 per person

Towels: EUR 9 per person

Cots and high chairs are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 15 per stay or EUR 5 per day each. Cot and high chair kit is available for EUR 25 per stay.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 10 per night or EUR 59 per week.

Beds made on arrival (sheets included): Two-Bedroom Villa: EUR 50, Three-Bedroom Villa: EUR 60, Four-Bedroom Villa: EUR 70.

Private unheated swimming pool (4 m x 8 m min. open from April to mid-October, weather permitting).

Guests are expected to clean the villa and wash the dishes before check-out. For stays of 2 to 6 nights, end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchenette) is included in the price.

Please note that the final cleaning (for stays of 7 nights or more) is the guest's responsibility. A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure. An option "Final cleaning except kitchenette" can be booked with the reception or in advance via the reservation service. Contact the residence directly or the reservation service to know the prices.

The residence accepts pets, with a maximum of two per accommodation unit, at a rate of €10 per night or €59 per week.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A damage deposit of € 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
