In a secure residence with swimming pool and paddling pool (open from June to September) on the shores of Lake Aureilhan, 3 rooms with 2 bedrooms for 4 people (or even 6 max). Wifi (Livebox). Access to the accommodation is through the terrace with a secure key box. Garden parlour for 6 people, umbrella and plancha. Living room consisting of a living room with sofa bed, coffee table & TV, a dining area for 6 people and a fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and all utensils. Bathroom with bathtub, vanity and washing machine. Toilet. Storage cupboard. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds (80cm) and large closets (one of the bedrooms also has a wall TV). 1 baby bed. Possibility to sleep for 2 additional people on the sofa bed in the living room. Lake beach 50m away with many water activities in summer, children's games and a picnic area by the lake. In the heart of the Landes forest and 7km from the beaches of Mimizan, accessible by bike path in front of the residence.
