Proche d une départemental et facile d'accès. Mais aussi très proche de nombreux sentiers de randonnée ds un lieu dit . Petit quartier très paisible. Offrant toute commodité proche ds un rayon de 4 km. Vue sur la chaîne de montagnes du parcking ou encore de notre spacieuse terrasse située au 1 étage.
