The building is located in a lively area. The street is clamorous at night but gets back to calm and quietness in the morning. Cosmopolitan, welcoming, innovative and dynamic, but also popular, the 13th is the reflection of a new and accessible Paris ! The 13th arrondissement is a joyful mix of modern architecture and old-fashioned alleys that have retained its village soul. In the south-west of the borough, the bucolic Butte-aux-Cailles is a must see ! Its cobbled streets, secret green alleys and picturesque passages to soak up the rural and peaceful atmosphere. This hill reveals many pretty curiosities! La Rue du Moulins-des-Près is a collection of stone houses with facades decorated with bricks and mosaics. Villa Daviel and Square des Peupliers with their pavilions in brick or millstone with abundantly flowered gardens. Rue Dieulafoy offers a beautiful perspective on elegant townhouses with pastel facades, while at Cité Florale, each street evokes a flower.
