Magnificent views of the mountains In winter, the flat is just 200 metres from the slopes and the Aravet cable car; this unique property combines old-world charm with modern comfort. First floor: - An entrance hatch where you can leave your clothes and shoes in peace and quiet. - A bright and welcoming south-facing living room with a large velux window, a television and a wood-burning stove for winter evenings. - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and a convivial dining area - Separate WC On the second level (accessed by two small staircases with 4 steps each) : – A north-facing master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), large fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom (shower and washbasin) – A second north-facing master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a wardrobe and built-in cupboards - A separate bathroom - Separate WC The night-time hut areas (unusual high ceilings): - A large 4 m² sleeping area (1.30 m high) closed by a sliding wooden door, equipped with two mattresses (80x200) that can be adapted to suit your needs (as a double bed 160x200 or two single beds) with an unoverlooked bellow window guaranteeing perfect privacy. - Two small mezzanine sleeping areas (height to ridge 1.50 m) connected by sliding wooden doors, equipped with two single beds (90x200) arranged in an L-shape, accessible from the living room via a tilting ladder secured by a guardrail. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge of e25 will be charged for arrivals after 8 pm

Outside: - A private garden to the rear of the house, accessible from the outside, with a terrace equipped with garden furniture (table and chairs), a barbecue and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. - A private, locked ski locker at the bottom of the staircase outside the house The ski locker contains charcoal for the barbecue, sun loungers and rechargeable Lumisky portable lamps. - An enclosed, secure garage-box located 150 metres from the house, ideal for parking your car or storing your bikes and sports equipment Activities nearby : The flat is strategically located for a car-free holiday: - Skiing: departure of the Aravet gondola lift and ski school meetings within walking distance (less than 5 minutes). - Amenities: bakery, delicatessen and numerous mountain speciality restaurants within a 50-metre radius - Nature: hiking trails and mountain bike tracks from the old village Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can use your private lock-up garage 150 metres away or park easily in the large public car park at the bottom of Aravet, less than 50 metres from the house.
