In the Heart of Arcachon’s downtown, this lovely and totally renovated “Arcachonnaise” will seduce you with its authenticity, its ambiance and its location. Very close to all commodities, its new market and 200m from the main beach. The house is composed of a first floor with a living room with a nice convertible sofa for two persons, a dining room open to the exterior and a kitchen entirely equipped. On the second floor; two Bed rooms, an Italian washing room, WC and a lingerie with a washing machine and a dryer. Television, Wi-Fi for free. Welcome and have a good trip!

A great location, quiet and secure in the center of this beautifull city. Everything you need in walking distance, for the perfect holiday and without any waste of time!
