Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room with 3 beds, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (with bathtub). You'll enjoy a garden (specific to the residence) of approx. 1000 m². The apartment : - A living room of 20 m²: an entrance with cupboard, a fully equipped kitchenette with a 5-seater dining area, a lounge area with two sofa beds for 1 person + a pull-out bed (total 3 beds), a TV, a large bay window opening onto the 8m² corner balcony. - A fully-equipped kitchenette - Bedroom with double bed and closet - Bathroom with bathtub and electric towel dryer - Separate WC For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with two televisions offering access to over 1,000 channels, including several international ones.
