Just steps from the main beach, this non-smoking apartment accommodates 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children). Fully equipped and furnished. Ideally located in the Grand Canton neighborhood. A bakery is right across the street. The beach is 150 meters away. Pedestrian streets nearby and the TGV train station is 400 meters away. This lovely 45m² apartment was refreshed in 2025. Looking forward to hosting you! :) Layout: First level: - Equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, traditional filter coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and hood. Large table for 4. - Bathroom with a small shower cabin (tall guests please note) and toilet. Lower level: - Living area with sofa and smart TV with free fiber Wi-Fi. Small lounge corner with modern bench, two small Scandinavian stools, and two low tables for drinks. - Bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed. - Second sleeping area mainly for kids with two 80x200 cm low beds that can be pushed together. Ideal for couples with two young children. Free private parking spot available 150 meters on foot. Bed linens and towels provided (1 towel per guest). Baby chair available. Pets are not allowed.
