The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Golfech, this charming house of lime pit foot of a surface of 110 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It consists of a pretty living room of 40 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a private garden of about 1 400 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin. - Separate toilet. Outside : - Two terraces, one of 15 m² and the second of 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days. - A private garden of about 1 400 m². For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage or in the private parking outside the accommodation (2 vehicles). As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Golfech station located at about 8 minutes on foot and Agen located at about 30 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac airport located about 55 minutes away by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - All rooms are air-conditioned. - Pets accepted, for a supplement of 20euros/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Cleaning at the end of the stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
