We are a family of 5 children and 16 grand children who love meeting in Les Bouffards marvelous park and wilderness after having spent numerous years abroad mostly in Africa, Zaïre, Soudan..

Come and enjoy being back in your family property. Les Bouffards are one of these numerous "castles" built in the well known Sologne game reserve at the time of the Emperor Napoleon III, in 1862. But instead of being one of these luxury Hunting Lodges, le Château des Bouffards has always been an elegant family mension with harmonious proportions. It stands in a beautiful park with magnificent trees where birds make the only music which can be heard around. A large sunny terrace welcomes you for a drink or diner in summer. A cosy sitting room is open to you to read or watch sports on a large TV set. Delicious home prepared local fish or game are served in our "Table d'Hôtes". Rooms are large with comfortable and modern sanitary equipment. Heated swimming pool, tennis court, huge trampoline,bikes, children toys and sand basin are at your disposal as well as baby outlets. Come and relax in your family property, the one you loved to stay.

Sologne is the kingdom of hunting : boars, deers can be seen while jogging in the surrounding forest trails. Birds lovers will discover species they never saw elsewhere.
