Opened as a Bed and Breakfast since 2011 after a complete restoration the Chateau des Essards is our main residence. We strive to make the stay of our guests as pleasant as possible by bringing them all the services they need (visit advice, itineraries, reservation of restaurant, ticket of spectacle...) And to remain available to answer any questions they may have. Availability and discretion are our key words.

Nestling in a immense forest area traversed by bridle paths, the park of the Chateau des Essards isd about 10 ha. Its swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi will allow you to relax in peace in the middle of nature. 5 charming elegant and cosy guest rooms (including suite for 4 people) offer views over the luxuriant surrounding greenery which you will never tire of. Each room has its own bathroom or shower with separate toilet. Breakfast is included in the price. It is served in the dining room of the castle, it consists of fresh products and homemade. Parking and free Wifi. The lounges are available for our guests. Ideally located at the gates of vineyards of Bourgueil, Chinon, Saumur and close to the sites and monuments of the Loire Valley such as the Castle of Langeais or Lislette, the castle of Villandry, Azay le Rideau and Ussé for the best known, without forgetting the other private castles that are just as surprising and rich in history! For the more sporty the proximity of the Loire by bike allows beautiful escapes. The local gastronomy will allow you to discover beautiful discoveries like the picturesque villages and towns of Touraine on either side of the magical river that is the Loire.
