Cocoonr Agency offers you, located in a typical village of Cerdanya, offering a magnificent view of the mountain, this chalet offers cosy accommodation with balconies, a 200 m² garden and private parking. The accommodation has a surface area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It includes a living room of 40 m², an open equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Garage and laundry room. 1st floor : - A living room of 40m² with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area (8 people) with wood-burning stove. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, raclette machine, hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker... 2nd floor : - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160×200), TV. - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. 3rd floor: - Bedroom 3: Master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an open bathroom with bathtub and WC. - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The pellet stove is functional, pellets are provided. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a correct state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available (optical fiber). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The stairs are slightly steep. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be required. - Delivery of breakfast, shopping, ski pass and equipment, upon reservation (payment on site).
