Bright, warm and welcoming, the chalet can be configured with 4 or 6 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, making it ideal for both families and groups of friends. It features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, several sunny outdoor spaces and a large landscaped garden. Just a few minutes from the village centre, shops, restaurants and the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski lifts, Chalet du Vernay is the perfect base for enjoying mountain activities all year round. Chalet du Vernay is located in a peaceful residential area on the heights of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, offering exceptional views of the surrounding mountains, including the Aravis and Fiz ranges. The village centre is within easy walking distance, with shops, restaurants, bars, a convenience store open seven days a week, ski rental shops and local services just a few minutes away. In winter, access to the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area is quick and convenient. The ski lifts can be reached within minutes by car, or by using the free shuttle service located close to the chalet. Saint-Gervais also offers a wide range of activities throughout the year, including skiing, hiking, thermal spas, ice skating, the Mont Blanc Tramway, traditional Savoyard restaurants and the discovery of the stunning landscapes of the Mont Blanc region.
