The apartment is on the floor of our house where we live, my husband and I, so I remain at your disposal for any need. Our apartment Genepi is a lovely cosy alpine apartment with its own private entrance and balcony. Great views from the balcony and bedrooms. Central location between Morzine and Montriond for good access to ski lifts at Ardent, Avoriaz and Morzine.

This 43m2 apartment is totally private, independent and is on the first floor of a large and charming house. Decorated in a chalet style with wood-paneled walls, this unit has 2 private bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. You can enjoy mountain views from the private balcony or from the garden. The balcony is accessible from both bedrooms. A breakfast can be delivered to your door every morning, do not hesitate to ask us. A carpark is provided for you just in front of the house. To store your skis or bikes, please ask us. Several restaurants are located around, 5 minutes drive away or in nearby villages, Morzine, Les Gets, St Jean d'Aulps ... We are at 5 km from Montriond's Lake and you have access to hiking trails at few steps. In high season, July / August and December to April, located 1 km away, a free shuttle runs every hour and takes you to the ski slopes in 20 minutes, downtown Morzine, Lake Montriond and foot from the village of goats. The house is in a dead end, so there is little traffic, the place is very quiet and rejuvenating. We will welcome you on your arrival.

Portes du Soleil offers vast ski area in winter and the largest mountain bike area in Europe in summer. Great ski and snowboarding for all abilities with a fabulous range of restaurants and bars in the towns of Morzine and Montriond as well as on the mountain.
