A security deposit of EUR 750 in cash or check is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. If you pay the deposit in cash and no damages were incurred, your deposit will be refunded by check within 15 days of your departure. If you pay the deposit in a check and no damages were incurred to the property, your original check will be destroyed. If damages were incurred, the property will refund you the remaining balance within 15 days of your departure.
