We are Nikki & Philip @ Avoriazchalets & have been in Avoriaz for over 25 years and really enjoy our winters there. We are keen skiers and thanks to the vast area of the Portes du Soleil, we are still discovering new tracks and trails, even after all this time. We know all the top spots to ski, the hidden cozy chalets to lunch, the best spots for après drinks or a gourmet dinner...and we are more than happy to share our tips with you. Our group of owner operated 4 star chalets and apartments are all ski-in: ski-out & centrally located in Avoriaz –and having all been beautifully refurbished; each one offers an individual home from home on the slopes. We are based in resort all season and on hand 24 x 7 to assist with anything during your stay.

Chalet Neva is an extremely comfortable ski chalet, centrally located in Avoriaz, with a large balcony to enjoy the full south facing sunny mountain and resort views. Benefitting form 4 bedrooms, including 2 doubles and 2 bunkbed rooms, all with superfine Egyptian cotton bedding and down duvets, 3 bathrooms, a private sauna and 2 toilets, Chalet Neva is a perfect retreat for 2 families of 4 or a large family of 8+ and benefits from a 2nd separate living room / TV Den with 2nd SMART TV - ideal for kids to watch / play while parents can relax upstairs in the main living room. The kitchen is very well fitted with an oversize fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc and there is private ski storage, boot heaters, fibre optic WiFi and SMART 55" & 65" TVs with streaming services.

Neighborhood info

La Falaise has the benefit of being the closest area to Avoriaz's welcome and arrival area making access in and out super-easy. It is also next to the plateau where nearly every ski school meets for lessons and it has some of Avoriaz's top bars, restaurants and ski hire shops. There are sledging areas too, so the kids can sledge right outside their front door and the Aquariaz swimming complex is just a 5 minute walk.

Avoriaz is a car free resort. There are a choice of secure, paying, car parks available, both interior

and exterior, at the entrance of the property. Horse sleighs are available to transport guests and their luggage from the car parks to the chalets and apartments. Reservations are recommended for the indoor car parks, but are not required for the outdoor car parks.

Changes to the booking after confirming, such as additional people, additional facilities will incur an amendment fee of €200.00 in addition to the extra bedding / towel fees.
