Enjoy this elegant studio in a private home and the added bonus of its private sauna. The house is located in a quiet and residential area of Annecy. The studio is independent, and we live on the upper floor with our two children. You will have a 40m² studio with a sofa, a double bed, a separate toilet, a large shower room, and a private sauna. Attention: NO KITCHEN, but available: a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine.
