The hosts have 2 friendly dogs and 1 sociable cat on the premises. The property is 7 minutes from the center of Cérans-Foulletourte with all shops, 25 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and museum, 35 minutes from Le Mans including Cité Plantagenêt and Epau Abbey, 26 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, 20 minutes from Lake Monnerie, 19 minutes from Spaycific Zoo in Spay, and 13 minutes from the pottery workshops of Malicorne. Your upstairs room is separated from the second guest room by a landing. Heating is provided by an electric radiator in the bedroom and a towel warmer in the shower room. One pet is permitted.
