A charming apartment right in the heart of Annecy’s Old Town, in the pedestrian zone, just steps from the canals and the lake. Exposed stone walls, wooden floors, and tasteful décor for an authentic stay. Air-conditioned, with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen, it’s the perfect base for exploring the city on foot: shops, restaurants, and the market are right downstairs.

You’ll be staying in the historic and touristic heart of Annecy, known as the ‘Venice of the Alps’. The neighborhood is quiet and fully pedestrian, so you won’t need a car to explore. The Old Town market takes place on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, just a few steps from the apartment. Restaurants, ice cream shops, and bars are right downstairs, and the lake is just a few minutes’ walk away. I’ll be happy to point you toward the best views and hidden spots
