Situated on the road to the beach, this charming Bigouden cottage is ideal for a moment of serenity and relaxation, with family or friends, in a warm and cosy atmosphere. Completely renovated, this typical 115 m² Bigouden house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a lounge area with a fireplace and a TV, a washing machine and, for teleworking, a WiFi docking station with a laptop screen.
Happy to share with my guests my great-grandmother's cottage. I hope you'll enjoy a moment of serenity and relaxation with your family in a warm and cosy atmosphere...
Private parking. Direct access to the V45 "La Littorale" cycle route (Roscoff-Nantes) and 50 m from a cycle junction. Children's play area 50 m away. Natura 2000 biodiversity conservation site within 10 minutes' walk. Le Ster beach is 1 km away on foot, Pors Carn beach is 3 km away and La Torche surf spot is 4 km away. There are numerous surf schools and water sports centres (sea kayaking, surfing, paddling, wind surfing, kite surfing, body boarding, etc.). The Cap Caval performance hall is located 600m away on foot. The small port of Kérity (with its shops and market on Wednesdays) is 1.5 km away and St Guénolé (with its shops and market on Fridays) is 2.5 km away. Many historic monuments in Penmarc'h: Eckmüh lighthouse (start of the solar wind route), churches and chapels (St Nonna, Ste Thumette, La joie, La Madeleine...), towers (St Guénolé, St Pierre), menhirs (Kerscaven, Kervédal...), Tumulus de Poulguen, prehistoric museum. Near Le Guilvinec (5 km), France's leading port for small-scale fishing, with trawlers returning around 5pm, and Haliotika, the fishing town. Pont l'abbé, capital of the Bigouden region, is 10 km away, with its museum, the château des Barons du pont, its inhabited bridge and its Thursday market....
