Built in 1882, the château offers five spacious apartments combining original period features — high ceilings, elegant staircases — with modern comfort. Each apartment overlooks the ornamental ponds, the park, or the château courtyard. For me, hospitality isn't a service — it's the pleasure of offering a beautiful setting where families rediscover the simple joy of being together. I believe that beauty heals. Many of our guests spend their days walking the landing beaches and visiting the museums that tell the story of WWII — heavy, moving, necessary experiences. Coming back to the château in the evening, watching the children feed the goats and chickens, hearing laughter echo across the park, seeing everyone unwind around the pool — that contrast matters to me deeply. Beautiful surroundings don't just comfort; they create lasting memories. What I love most: children tumbling out of the car full of excitement on arrival, and leaving days later calm and restored. Guests discovering that the eggs at breakfast came from our own hens. Families gathered around a table in a 19th-century château, three generations under the same roof, in a house that was built to last. Running this property also means preserving a piece of French heritage — and that responsibility, I take to heart.
