Holiday home for 10 people (+ 2 kids in a bunkbed), 4 bedrooms, in the centre of Brittany in France, near the forest of Broceliande. An individual house, in the countryside, cosy and quiet, newly renovated and modern furnished, with Sauna for 2-3 people, fireplace, Gas-BBQ. Terrace with furniture for 12 and sun loungers. 2 floors. 1 bedroom on the ground floor. 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (1 single and 1 double King Size) and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (3 matresses) and a double bed. Baby bed available on demand. Baby bath. On each floor bathroom with shower and individual toilets. Kitchen fully furnished with dishwasher, micro-wave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, percolator coffee machine, filter coffee machine, milk foamer, electric kettle, toaster, induction plate, raclette, fondue, plate for CREPES cooking. Bicycle cellar, wash and drying machine.
