Walk or cycle through the countryside, visit the beautiful town of La Rochelle or the Ile de Ré! Ideal for a stay for two, this flat has a bright living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a mezzanine with a bedroom area, a shower room as well as a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The ideal place to enjoy a good meal after a relaxing moment in the shared pool! Bed linen and towels provided. Other remarks : - The apartment's private shower room is opposite the apartment in the entrance hall, with a “private” badge on the door, and the access key is on the bunch of keys. - Animals accepted (Only 1 pet per stay), please note that the owners have a pet (a cat) - Two parking spaces are available on the property. - Linen provided. - The accommodation is located on the owners' land.
