This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay by the beach in a holiday area (tennis, swimming pool, tree climbing, pétanque, etc.).
Apartment refurbished in 2022, numerous investments in 2023 (taps, shower column, 3 fans, ...)
East-west apartment for fresh air traffic from the sea.
You will enjoy a sofa bed with a 140x200 quality mattress bought in 2022.
A "cabin" bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x 190 bunk bed (new mattresses also bought in 2022).

- Swimming at the Olympique de la Coudoulière swimming pool is supervised by lifeguards who also offer swimming lessons for all ages. Swimming pool open 01-June-15 September.
- A bar-restaurant is located within the pool area.
- Many rentals and activities are offered at the port of Coudoulière at the entrance to the area: Paddle, Kayak, Bikes, boat, Jet ski, scuba diving club (baptism possible).
- There are several shops at the entrance to the area: bakery, supermarket, pub, restaurants, pizzeria, snack bar, newsagent, tobacconist, hairdresser, pharmacy, beach item shop.
-Neveau Park of the Mediterranean renovated in 2024, 50 m, Bowl (skateboard, scooter), children's games, acclimatization garden, cultural exhibition at Cap Nègre battery.
