Hôtel optimalement situé près du Vieux-Port, très propre, avec un staff attentionné à l'arrivée. La chambre était très agréable et tranquille malgré le quartier animé, et climatisée. La douche / pression d'eau était particulièrement bien ! Je recommande vivement.

Exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, lovely facilities, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. And super quiet, despite being so close to the port.

The staff were all very friendly and happy to help us in English as well. The hotel is beautiful with a wide range of offers & a cozy family vibe. We felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Free shuttle service is also a great way to get to the city center and was always on time.

Our stay was interrupted by my wife’s front teeth crowns falling off. One day before a cruise on a Friday! Panic mode! The ladies at the front desk were amazing. They were able to set up online with a local French dental network so that we could find who had an opening and thank goodness, as a result, we were able to find the last opening in town. We took an Uber and got her teeth fixed within a few hours. How’s that for service?! Oh and the hotel was great too! Awesome breakfast 🍳

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. They were all very helpful and welcoming. Room was nice and comfortable, good air con and we were able to leave bags in the lobby until we could check in as we arrived early. Breakfast was good too. A very relaxing stay.

Good location, close to the train station, perfect place to stay one night and the next dau continue the trip with the train, clean room, clean sheets, you also have coffee machine, would recommend for a short stay

It is so rundown. You feel like in a slum somewhere . The toilet smells very bad

Best part were the staff. Both Aurelie and Sara were very helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was simple but personalized by Sara which made it enjoyable. Aurelie waited till 10 pm for us to check in and only then left the property. Since the A/C was quite poor in its cooling, she gave us a table fan.

We stayed two nights here. Clean and comfortable.

The stuff are amazing people, I dealt with four different people, and yet they were all incredibly helpful. I'll never forget the man who tried to help me find another hotel because I wanted another night and the one I was staying at was already full! His kindness was truly appreciated! The hotel is quiet and clean, and if I were to return or recommend it to friends, it would definitely be this one. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

The place was dirty, no wifi at all the shits and towels smelled bad there was no blanket , there was mold in the shower no soap the room was dark , smells of cigarettes everywhere the man receptionist laying down in bed in PJ talking when we needed something . I am wondering why booking.com registers such places. One morning my friend and I woke up with swelling in eyes and legs and neck because of the insect bits.we had a hard time we could not move out because moving our luggage up on the stairs , l gave the receptionist my insulin and fruit as well as my friend food and fruit next morning I have received my frozen $900 insulin and food and fruit frozen which those medicines are not useful any more we are expecting right action from booking.com and there would be compensation

Location: short walk to St.Charles. Breakfast: available after 6:30, full breakfast after 7:00. Kettle and refrigerator in the room. Convenient bedding. Good soundproofing. A/C
