Your vacation rental with a beautiful sea view is organized on three levels. - On the ground floor: a spacious bedroom with living room, a 160X200 bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. - On the first floor: kitchen living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet. - On the second floor: two bedrooms (1 160x200 bed, two 90x190 beds) - Outside : A small courtyard of 20 m². Parking your vehicles in the free car park located in front of the gîte. House adjoining third parties.

Nestled in the heart of Loguivy de la Mer, it benefits from a privileged position, facing the picturesque little port of this charming village. As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the authentic and exotic atmosphere of this place. From the gîte, take the GR34. In a still preserved nature, explore the banks of the Trieux, also discover the site of the Roche aux oiseaux. A few steps away, you can reach the beaches of Roc'h Hir (400 m) or Gouern (650 m). All you have to do is put down your towel... At 4.6 km, board one of the speedboats, heading for the island of Bréhat. One of the most famous islands in Brittany, also called "the island of flowers". 5 km away, you will reach the charming corsair town of Paimpol... Tréguier, pretty town of Character 16 km away.
