Our beautiful residence, unique in Carcassonne by its size, its height, its color, its slate roof, was built in 1811 by the brewer Fritz Lauer. 2 years of work and development were needed to create our guest house "La Demeure Saint-Louis", in order to highlight the luxury and charm of the place, combined with modern hotel comfort, and almost unimaginable, respecting the authenticity of the building...

Elegant and discreet, warm and marked with modernity, it is a place the restoration of which repire the charm of formerly and a very current marriage of materials and colors. All our rooms are different, certain with a view of the Medieval City.

Neighborhood info

La Demeure Saint-Louis is at the foot of the Medieval City of Carcassonne, in the picturesque, lively and pedestrianized in season "La Trivalle" district. It is also the name of the street, 2 minutes walk from the Residence, which will offer you a wide choice of varied restaurants, with tasty cuisine... Also halfway to the "Bastide" and its picturesque "Place Carnot", which you can reach by taking the magnificent pedestrian "Pont-Vieux", the Demeure Saint-Louis gives access to all the major places of Carcassonne in less than 10 minutes walk. Our car park, enlarged and secured within the property, will allow you to take full advantage of your stay, without worrying about parking.
