This house with swimming pool (4x8m) and 1600 m² of land, located between Grignan and Valréas, in the enclave of the popes, in a quiet and pleasant development, is about 5 minutes from the village, where you will find 3 bakeries (including 1 that makes takeaway pizzas), a pharmacy, a bar/restaurant, a pizzeria. It can accommodate up to 8 people and 1 baby. Possibility to park the car or cars on the fenced lot.
