The heated outdoor pool is shared and open from June to September, 10 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm, secured with a safety cover. A spa in the patio is available year-round except during summer, from 10 am to 9 pm, by prior reservation, limited to 20 minutes per day and reserved for guests over 12. An outdoor shower is also available. Free shared parking is on site, and a communal bike storage room is provided. Pets are not allowed, except for small dogs, and parties are prohibited. Please respect quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am. Smoking is not permitted indoors; an outdoor smoking area is provided. Eating and drinking alcohol in the rooms is not allowed.
