It was good and they were also refilling everything as it was being replemished. Staff at this location were customer focused and saw that everyone was comfortable.

It’s super convenient and has a great restaurant and bar at the lobby and the reception staff was also excellent especially Camilo who gave us a complete info of the sanctuary of Lourdes and was very accommodating

Its close to the Notre Dame of our Lady of Lourdes, the even have a lift that cuts the distance to the Sanctuary. It is also very shops and restaurants.

Both receptionist were very helpfull and kind.

The staff were excellent, so helpful and happy to see you. Gave us information and evening procession candles and a map and ensured we had everything we needed for our short one day stop. Great location, it really is only a 5 minute stroll to the grotto. Hotel is modern, nice bar, lovely reception area. If you are going to Lourdes I would strongly recommend this hotel.
