A coffee machine with complimentary pods and tea bags, breakfast included, and beach towels are provided. Children are welcome from age 8. The private bathroom and toilet are within the room. Relax in the shared garden with pétanque court or the open communal patio. The heated outdoor pool (shared) is open June to September, 10 am–12 pm and 3 pm–7 pm, secured with a safety cover. A spa in the patio is available year-round (except summer), 10 am–9 pm by reservation, limited to 20 minutes per day and for guests over 12. An outdoor shower is also available. Free shared on-site parking and a communal bike storage room are available. Pets and parties are not allowed. Please respect quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am. Smoking is not permitted indoors; an outdoor smoking area is provided. Eating and drinking alcohol in the rooms is not allowed. Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am, with personalized welcome. The property, set on a hill, offers spectacular views and a peaceful setting. Dinners are available for an extra fee. All linens are provided, and rooms have mosquito screens and shutters. A liability waiver must be signed to use the pool and spa; spa access is for guests over 12. A cat lives on the premises.
