Surrounded by greenery, this renovated former barn offers the perfect setting for relaxation. Located near Samatan, the capital of Foie Gras, and just 45 minutes from Toulouse, Auch, or the Pyrenees, you'll find plenty of tourist, festive, and culinary activities in the area. On site, enjoy a large pool shared only with the owner, barbecue, sun loungers, and a spacious garden. In winter, the wood stove, efficient heating, and quality insulation ensure a comfortable stay. Ground floor: living-dining room with wood stove, fully equipped open kitchen, one bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200), and bathroom/WC with disabled access. Upstairs: a lounge, one bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200), one bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) with a connecting door to a children's room (2 bunk beds 90 x 190 + pull-out bed), which also has its own entrance. Baby bed available on request. Bed linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning available for an extra charge. Household linen (sheets, bath towels, and tea towels) is included. Pool towels are not provided. Check-out time depends on whether the cleaning option is chosen and if your stay is over a weekend. The exact time (between 9 am and 11 am) will be specified in the contract.
